How to Enable Remote Support for Sipworxx Phone Systems

For remote support:

  1. From a computer on the same network (as your phone system), go to:

A file will automatically download.

2. Run the .exe file, you will get a 9 digit code

3. On your phone, tap the OK button and note the IP address.

4.Send both the 9 digit code and the IP address to your support specialist

NOTE: OK button is on most Yealink brand phones.  If you are troubleshooting a different phone, no need to send the IP

NOTE: Please make sure you are not in a virtual machine when the support specialist logs in as they will not be able to access the phone
