From your phone:
- Press the envelope button on the phone, or dial 8+extension number (ie: 8201)
- When you hear your current greeting, dial *
- When prompted for a passcode, Enter your passcode. Contact your system administrator if you’re unsure what it is.
- You will be in the menu system for the mailbox with options to record your name, greeting, and more
- Select the appropriate option and record
